About Julie

I have extensive knowledge of the greater seacoast area and all it has to offer, having been a resident for the past 40 plus years and am proud to call NH home. I am proud of the relationships I have built with my clients over the past 19 years and the trust I have received as expressed by the continuing business and referrals. I am known as a tough and knowledgeable negotiator on behalf of my Sellers and Buyers who is passionate for attention to detail. My specialties are in residential, condo, multi-family and new construction in the greater seacoast area.

I have three grown sons that I raised in the Exeter area.  I have been active within my community, volunteering in various capacities for my children's schools and sports.  Outside of my passion for Real Estate, I also enjoy spending time walking the beach, hiking and relaxing at my vacation home in the White Mountains, collecting cars and attending and participating in car shows, usually showing off my own restored 1984 VW Westfalia.  I also love music, including supporting and filming my husband's band that travels the NH, ME and MA area.

I have built my business on attention to detail. I put my clients first and am focused on 100% customer satisfaction which has many time led to many lifelong friendships. I am grateful everyday for the opportunity to work for my clients and to help them achieve their goals whether it is getting the best value for the home they purchase or the highest price for the home they sell, making sure my clients are able to make informed decisions with the least stress possible.
